Time symmetry means the past and the future are symmetrical and connected to each other in two directions.

I do not know if this is physically possible in our universe.

However, this concept is practical in BioLicense.

Under BioLicense, the future developer of a software piece is the founder of the software because the future developers affect

the past development.
