The landscape of the universe
It is a term introduced by Sophia Smithe to denote that the universe is a semi-determined landscape of information.
The original concept of evolution is a random and fragmented optimization process in the landscape of the universe. Evolution does not consider the information architecture of the universe.
Hence, it does not assume any strucure in its mode of action.
On the other hand, covolution is about mapping inherent/existing information architecture of the universe.
Therefore, the optimization is not random but it contains prediction structure. In other words, information processing objects bet or gamble on the next selection (optimizatio unit) that is para-determined by the landscape of the universe.
